PicoArmor sells seveal lines of 3mm and 15mm miniatures for wargaming. Studio Fyra was contracted to discover if they had saturated the marketing as sales and webiste visitors were flat for several years. We developed a marketing plan which includes social media posts, social media ads, convention sponsorships, and collaboration with gaming influencers. The net result is that sales have grown by over 25%.
